Bulgarian Sales & Client Director

We are now looking for a Sales & Client Director into our Bulgarian Neticle team, based in Sofia. So if you are experienced in SaaS sales, familiar with social listening, and you heard many times that you are irresistible, we cannot wait to meet you.

Neticle is one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startup in Hungary, providing automated text analysis (Zurvey.io) and social media analysis services. If it wouldn’t be sexy enough, here are some numbers to impress you: our 40 member team is working with more than 120 clients, present in 9 countries worldwide and will enter the market in 4 more countries till the end of the year.

We have already developed best practices, KPIs, our templates and processes work well, but there is still space for experimenting and learning new things. We are proud to do that with a uniquely transparent and non-hierarchical team structure.


  • Prospecting for and acquiring new clients
  • Giving introductory and training/educational presentations to potential clients in person or online, in Bulgarian or in English, in Bucharest or abroad
  • Designing and executing business development and client retention strategies
  • Preparing offers, tenders, contract proposals
  • Actively communicating and consulting with clients
  • Developing new sales strategies and analysing competitors’ activity
  • Validating and prioritising Neticle systems’ new functions
  • Collaborating with Neticle HQ business development team


  • Passionate, client-focused and working with a “hunter” mentality
  • Self-managing and dependable
  • Experienced in business development with a deep understanding of enterprise decision making process
  • Experienced in B2B SaaS sales
  • Efficient negotiator
  • Excellent in presenting (in Bulgarian and in English)
  • Available for 40 hours a week in Sofia (for this full time job)


  • Familiarity with the best SaaS models
  • CRM system experience (e.g. Hubspot, Close.io)
