Neticle is one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS scale-ups in Hungary, providing automated text analytics services. Our operation is data-driven, and we help our clients base their decisions on data, too: we already support over 120 companies in 35 countries. Brands among our clients include Decathlon, Mindshare, Raiffeisen and Telekom. We have developed our best practices and KPIs, our templates and processes work well, but there’s one thing we’re still missing: you.

Your role includes:

  • Keeping in touch with key clients, advising them and managing joint projects
  • Exploring and demonstrating expansion opportunities for existing cooperations
  • Participating in the design and conduct of client retention processes and upsell strategies
  • Keeping key clients informed on Neticle’s new product features
  • Holding Neticle platform trainings, presentations, workshops, and webinars for clients both in-person and online
  • Administrative tasks in client management
  • Constant monitoring of client cooperation (measuring client satisfaction and reporting to the CSM team lead)
  • Tight cooperation with product teams on planning new product features
  • Reporting to CSM lead on agreed KPIs

We are looking for you if:

  • You enjoy communicating both with clients and colleagues
  • You’re looking for a fast-paced and fun work environment, and you like flexible work arrangements
  • You have strong project management skills (time management and the ability to prioritize are key)
  • You have at least 2 years of customer success management or similar experience
  • You have strong Hungarian and English skills, both written and spoken
  • You can join us for 40 hours/week
  • You would like to work in a rapidly developing sector, where you’re constantly faced with new challenges

It's a plus if:

  • You have used a B2B sales or CRM tool before (like HubSpot)
  • You’re a PowerPoint expert
  • You have experience with SaaS
  • You have worked with an agency or research company before
  • You speak German
