Neticle is one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups in Hungary, providing automated text analysis (Zurvey.io) and social media analysis services (Neticle Media Intelligence). We have already developed best practices, KPIs, our templates and processes work well, but we need one more thing: you.

The Head of People will be personally responsible for building up human resources practice and support the CEO in all HR related areas making a strong impact on the future growth of the company. We are looking for a sharp, hands-on, people-centric and business-minded candidate.

Your tasks will be to

  • help us to become 100 member team
  • define and review personal KPIs
  • manage personal and team trainings (aka NetiSchool)
  • review and maintain our transparent salary system
  • update roles and responsibilities
  • measure and manage employee satisfaction
  • manage recruitment, conduct interviews
  • organize outings, office life

We are looking for you if you

  • have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • have an understanding of flat organizations, agile structures   and can bond with such concept
  • are fluent in English
  • have leadership competence and project management skills
  • have a hands-on and proactive attitude, business and performance mindset
  • are capable of  structured thinking  and setting  things  up from scratch

It is nice if you

  • have experience in talent management
  • have experience in the recruitment field
  • are already working with a 50 member international team
  • are being a fan of Silicon Valley series
