Vote for our presentation and meet us in Berlin next year!

The voting has started for the 2022 E-commerce Berlin Expo! The highly anticipated event attracts over 9,000 visitors and more than 200 exhibitors each year.

The expo provides an opportunity for stakeholders in e-commerce and retail to develop their expertise and enhance their business strategies. Leading industry experts share their knowledge, inspiring attendees with current e-commerce trends, use cases, or predictions.

This time, over 300 speakers have submitted presentation proposals. Ours, presented by Michel Henβ, Head of Client Relations, focuses on gathering segmented customer- and textual data and analyzing it in a unified way, via a fully automated process. He’ll be presenting client success stories to show you:

  • how one single app review can lead to changes in product development,
  • how different departments can utilize the Voice of the Customer through automated reporting,
  • how custom labels can save tremendous amounts of work for companies.
