Is it possible to change interaction data for mentions via the dashboard?

You can easily change interaction data for any mention via the dashboard. This feature allows you to manually overwrite the interaction data for any mention on the portal. It's important that this change only applies to the specific mention you are editing. If the same post is tracked under different keywords, those other entries will remain unaffected

To access this feature, click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the mention, as shown in the video below. The system will only display the specific fields available for manual updates
