How do you export metadata?

You can export every type of mention in multiple ways from the portal.

Available metadata for mentions:

  • Region (anything that makes sense for the chosen keyword within the specific country, such as county, canton etc.)
  • City (cities, or smaller geographical areas than regions, but in some cases, cities can be regions too)
  • Importance score (Neticle’s own KPI between 1-10, where 1 is the least and 10 is the most important)
  • Language (language the mention was written in, automatically recognized by Neticle)
  • Number of Followers (available for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, shows the follower count of the page itself)
  • Engagement rate (available for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube mentions, calculated by dividing the number of interactions on a mention by the follower count of the page it was posted on)
  • Rating (indicates the 1 to 5 star rating connected to each mention, available for application reviews and Google Maps location reviews)
  • Number of reactions (available for Facebook only, it indicates the number of reactions to a mention, namely like, love, sad, angry, haha & wow, but temporary reaction types can appear)
  • Labels (automatically recognized labels from the close context of the keyword’s synonyms in the text, OR the whole text in case the mention came from an own channel - available for all mentions)
  • Reach
  • Number of comments
  • Number of likes
  • Number of shares
  • Polarity (sentiment score - the aggregated score of a mention that is calculated by adding up each phrase with a sentiment value between -3 and +3 within a mention)
  • URL (the link of the mention)
  • Domain
  • Keyword name (name of the keyword given by Neticle, otherwise known as the keyword label)
  • Author (author’s name, whoever posted the article, post, comment etc., if available - if not, it’s shown as anonymous)
  • Title (wherever possible, it shows the title of the mention - if the title isn’t available, we try to fill this with meaningful data, eg.: the content type, name of the page etc.)
