The ability to create your own keywords within the Neticle platform depends on the agreement or package you have with us, specifically if you have partner access. With partner access, you have the option to create your own keywords. If this feature is not included in your package, you can submit a request instead to your Client Success Manager (CSM) or contact support with the keywords you would like added to your profile. Our team will handle the keyword creation process on your behalf.
The timeframe for keyword creation may vary based on factors such as the number of keywords, the amount of data required (in terms of time covered), and the specific focus of the keywords.
Generally, the keyword setup process will be completed within the next 48 hours to 5 days. Please note that unique cases may have different timelines, and our team will communicate any exceptional circumstances to you.
