Can I change/edit my existing keywords?
Editing existing keywords is available to select user levels.
The ability to edit/change your own keywords within the Neticle platform depends on the agreement or package you have with us, specifically if you have partner access. If you do, you have the option to edit/change your own keywords.
However, if this feature is not included in your package, you can submit a request to your Client Success Manager (CSM) or contact support with the keywords you would like to be changed in your profile. Our team will handle the keyword editing process on your behalf.
