Neticle has its own application that can be downloaded into the Facebook admin platform. This gives access to the system to integrate the data into an already existing NMI profile.
This is a paid feature and is NOT available by default for every user of NMI. If you would like to use it, please contact your sales representative and/or CSM manager to discuss the admin steps required.
If it is available for you, follow these steps.
- Within Neticle Media Intelligence please click on your name in the top left corner of the screen and then select “Integrations” options from the dropdown menu. You will have to see a sidebar like this:
- Please click on the “Facebook Messenger” in the list on the left, and then on the plus icon (+) next to the label “Add page”.
- On the appearing sidebar, you will be asked to
- enter the name of the new keyword that will be created for the mentions of the Facebook Group
- select the keyword group in which the new keyword will be created
- After completing the steps above you have to click on “Log in” and wait for a genuine Facebook authentication pop-up to show.
- You have to authenticate to Facebook with your credentials as requested.
- During the authentication process you also have to select the pages you want to set up the Messenger integration to.
- You also have to select the privileges our application will have. To work properly, all three toggles should be set to enable.
- After successfully logged in to Facebook, the pop-up will disappear and the integration process will start. A countdown will appear within the Neticle Media Intelligence dashboard.
- Within a few seconds the countdown will stop and the newly added integration will be listed.
All the reviews we collect through this kind of authentication process will only be available in your profile within Neticle, no other profiles will have access to that data.
If you would like to stop collecting the location reviews, you can select the group in the “Your groups” list on our integration sidebar and click on the “Delete” button.
