How can I integrate offline data into NMI?
Neticle has partnered up with third party providers to ensure offline data coverage for its clients, so that radio, tv and print mentions can be directly channeled into the NMI platform.
This is a paid feature and is NOT available by default to every NMI user. Please contact your sales representative and/or CSM manager to discuss the admin steps required.
To create the correct monitoring setup for you and begin offline data integration, we need to know the keywords and time period you’d like to monitor, and what data type you need (print, radio, tv or all of them). It can take up to 2 business days to finalize the setup in your profile.
