How Many Mentions Are Included in the Base Keyword Fee?

Learn about the mention limits included with your base keyword package at Neticle, what happens when a keyword hits its monthly limit, and how to upgrade your account to ensure uninterrupted data collection.

In Neticle, each base keyword fee includes up to 50,000 mentions per keyword per month.

This guide explains how automated data collection limits work, details our available volume tiers, and shows how you can expand your plan if you require higher coverage.

What Happens When a Keyword Reaches the 50,000 Mention Limit?

For any keyword added or updated after June 2026, the system enforces an automated safety cap:

  • Automatic Pause: Once a keyword reaches the 50,000-mention limit within a calendar month, data collection for that specific keyword will automatically pause.
  • Monthly Reset: Data collection will automatically resume on the 1st day of the following calendar month, resetting your monthly count.

Upgrading Your Mention Limit (Tiered Packages)

If you are monitoring high-volume brands, campaigns, or industry topics that exceed 50,000 mentions a month, you can upgrade your plan at any time to higher volume tiers.

Available Volume Tiers

We offer several predefined tiers to match your volume requirements:

  • Above 50,000 monthly relevant hits
  • Above 100,000 monthly relevant hits
  • Above 200,000 monthly relevant hits
  • Above 300,000 monthly relevant hits
  • Above 400,000 monthly relevant hits
  • Above 500,000 monthly relevant hits

Benefits of Upgrading:

  • Continuous Tracking: Upgrading your package instantly resumes data collection for paused keywords, ensuring you never miss critical brand mentions or insights.
  • Flexible Pricing: Higher mention limits are available for a supplemental fee based on your chosen tier.
