NMI offers various export options for graphs, reports, and mentions. Here's a breakdown of the processes.
1. Graphs and Reports
To export graphs or reports, navigate to the desired view in NMI.
Look for the three dots (ellipsis) icon located in the upper right corner of the view and click on it.
From the options presented, select the desired export format. For graphs, PNG format is recommended if you plan to insert them into PowerPoint presentations.
If you choose to export as PNG, the file will download directly to your browser.
If you opt for exporting reports or feed views, NMI will generate the export and send it to you via email. You can then download the files from the email.
2. Mentions
To export mentions, you have two options: to export from feed views or from drill-down views.
In feed views, navigate to the desired view and locate the three dots icon. Click on it.
Alternatively, you can directly download mentions from drill-down views.
After clicking on the three dots or choosing the download option, the mentions will be exported, and you will receive an email notification.
The email will contain a link or attachment from where you can download the exported mention files.
