b) Connect Zurvey.io and Media Intelligence
a) About Media Intelligence
To achieve a 360 degree coverage on customer experience measurement, public sources cannot be ignored. To cover this use case, Zurvey.io offers a seamless integration with Neticle Media Intelligence, a robust social media monitoring solution. This integration provides a convenient avenue for channeling in customer voices from public sources, enriching your data analysis.
Neticle Media Intelligence integration can be especially helpful if your service comes with a mobile application, because all of its Google Play and Apple App Store reviews will be automatically channeled into Zurvey.io – no need to download them separately anymore! A similar use case is your business’s Facebook page, where comments and complaints can be smoothly transferred the same way. Otherwise, Neticle Media Intelligence collects all publicly available mentions of preset keywords (such as brand names, for example) from almost all social media platforms, news sites and forums as well.

By default, the last 30 days of data will be fetched from NMI for the selected keywords. For an extended historical data period, please contact your account manager.
d) Analysis Settings
Once you've chosen keywords and applied filters to refine your datastream, the next crucial step is instructing Zurvey.io on how to interpret your data effectively. This is where the Analysis Settings feature becomes essential.
Within this section, you have the ability to:
- Change the name of your Neticle Media Intelligence Integration dataset: tailor the dataset name to enhance clarity and relevance on the Zurvey.io platform.
- Modify the analysis language: specify the language for text data analysis, ensuring accurate and meaningful insights.
- Adjust accented character handling: customize how Zurvey.io processes accented characters in your data.
- Manage lowercase characters: define preferences for handling lowercase characters in your dataset.
- Toggle automatic topic recognition: enable or disable the automatic recognition of topics based on your analytical needs.
- Modify text splitting style: tailor the style of text splitting to align with your data's characteristics.
e) Custom Label Analysis
To enhance the precision of text analysis, Zurvey.io offers the functionality to apply Custom Labels during the analysis of your public customer voice data.
To incorporate available Custom Labels into the analysis, navigate to the Custom Labels section and select the specific Custom Labels you wish to apply.
For a deeper understanding of Custom Labels and their integration into our text analysis methodology, we recommend referring to our dedicated documentation.
f) Edit & Reanalysis
If you ever need to make adjustments to your NMI integration datastream, such as:
- Changing selected NMI keywords,
- Applying source or URL filters on already added keywords,
- Changing Analysis Settings,
- Modifying assigned Custom Labels,
you have the flexibility to edit the previously saved NMI Integration datastream and reanalyze the already processed data.
In the case of changes to custom labels, a popup will prompt you to decide whether to apply your changes only to newly incoming data or reanalyze the entire dataset. It's important to note that if you choose reanalysis for custom label modifications, the entire dataset will be reanalyzed.
When modifying Analysis Settings, including changes to the analysis language, handling of lowercase characters, accented character handling, or text splitting style, you can choose to apply changes for new data only, reanalyze the entire dataset, or reanalyze data from a specific date. The default date set is the creation date of the dataset.
