Sharing Surveys via QR Code

Surveys accessible via QR codes offer a convenient way to collect feedback from your customers in various physical locations. Zurvey.io has integrated this feature to enhance your customer feedback collection process.

When customers visit your stores or branches, you can place QR codes strategically to collect feedback while the experience is fresh in their minds. QR codes can be positioned near exits or at other locations within the flow of customer service.

Zurvey.io's QR code survey feature offers flexibility in terms of QR code placement and customization. Whether you need basic QR codes for general surveys or more complex ones with URL parameters for specific identification, Zurvey.io has you covered. You can access the feature on the "Publish" page of the survey, among the sharing options.

If your survey doesn't include URL parameters, generating a QR code is straightforward: Zurvey.io generates the QR code immediately, and it can be downloaded as a PNG image.

For surveys with URL parameters, a slightly more complex process is involved. You need to upload the URL parameter values using a predefined template provided on the publish page. This template includes parameter names.

After uploading the URL parameter values, you can check and modify the header row if necessary. Once you are satisfied with the template, you can initiate the code generation process.

Zurvey.io creates distinct QR code versions for each input value. You can download these QR codes in a compressed archive. In multi language surveys, Zurvey.io generates separate QR codes for each language. The file names of the downloaded QR codes always include the survey name, parameter value, and language. This naming convention simplifies the process of distinguishing between different QR codes.
