What is the importance score?
The importance score is Neticle’s own KPI, calculated separately for each mention. Its value is always between 1 and 10 (where 1 is the least important and 10 is the most important), indicating how significant and/or influential the given mention might be, based on factors like:
- how many times the keyword is included in a mention,
- if the keyword is included in the title,
- reach data,
- interaction count.
The importance score can help you prioritize which mentions to include in a daily/weekly (enterprise) newsletter, so you get the shortest digest that still contains the most relevant information. Or, you can use it to rank mentions in a feed view to get the most relevant ones on top.
