What is Web Opinion Index (WOI) and how is it calculated?

The Web Opinion Index is Neticle’s own KPI that is calculated by aggregating the polarity of each and every phrase from the close context of the keywords’ synonyms.

Each phrase can be scored between -3 and +3, so as these get summed up, there is no limit as to how high or low WOI scores can go. WOI scores indicate how positively or negatively the keyword is spoken about online, therefore it’s sometimes also referred to as the reputation score.
