First of all, check your spam folder. In most cases, missing notifications end up there. It is also possible that there were no mentions for your chosen keywords in the current time period - if you wish to receive a newsletter even in cases like this, you can set this up and we’ll send you a newsletter with zero mentions (“send with zero mentions as well” setting).

Finally, check with your IT department to see if any new restrictions have been applied so the emails get bounced. To investigate this, please provide us with another email address so we can do a test run. If you do receive this notification, the issue must be on your side.
