Why isn’t a certain mention visible in the newsletter?

There could be two main reasons for this:

  • It’s possible that the mention itself wasn’t crawled under the keyword the notification is set up for, therefore the system doesn’t have it in the first place. Please check the keyword’s contents in order to see if this is the case.
  • It’s also possible that the mention itself was crawled, but the email’s settings excluded it from the notification - please check the notification settings in order to see if this is the case.
  • If you need help investigating any of these, please send us the exact URL of the mention you wanted to see in the newsletter and for which keyword you think it should belong to.
