Overview
The main source of insights and primary data visualization in Zurvey.io is our dashboard. Once a dataset has been populated, you can access its dashboard by:
- clicking on its name (except for Survey datasets, because in that case, clicking on the name takes you to the survey editor),
- clicking on the pie chart icon at the end of the dataset element,
- or clicking the three dots at the end of the dataset element and choosing ‘Dashboard’.
The dashboard has two to three tabs depending on the type and contents of the dataset, and you can switch between them at the top of the page. If the dataset has textual data in it, the Text Analysis dashboard becomes available.
Analytics Dashboard
This tab/dashboard is only available for Survey datasets. It summarizes survey completion data in ten charts:
- the number of responses,
- the average filling time,
- the distribution of new responses over time,
- the distribution of filling time,
- the platform (operating system) of the survey respondents,
- the browser used by the survey respondents,
- the distribution of device type used by the survey respondents,
- the country where the responses have been submitted,
- the completion rate of the survey,
- a fall-off chart to show how many responses each question has, which helps you assess if some of your questions make your respondents quit the survey before completing it.
The first two charts cannot be altered: they simply display a number. For the rest of the charts, you can switch between two to three display formats (vertical columns, horizontal columns, line graph, pie chart) depending on the type of data, using the icons at the top right corner of the chart. You can also export them as a .png file by clicking on the downward pointing arrow, also at the top right corner of the chart.
