Zurvey.io Results (All columns) Dashboard

Overview

The main source of insights and primary data visualization in Zurvey.io is our dashboard. Once a dataset has been populated, you can access its dashboard by:

  • clicking on its name (except for Survey datasets, because in that case, clicking on the name takes you to the survey editor),
  • clicking on the pie chart icon at the end of the dataset element,
  • or clicking the three dots at the end of the dataset element and choosing ‘Dashboard’.

The dashboard has two to three tabs depending on the type and contents of the dataset, and you can switch between them at the top of the page. If the dataset has textual data in it, the Text Analysis dashboard becomes available.

Results (All columns) Dashboard

The Results tab/dashboard summarizes numerical data in your dataset. It is available for all dataset types, but if the dataset is a File upload, its name changes to All columns to better represent the content that’s being analyzed. The charts that appear here vary widely based on the type of data contained in the dataset (see below what kind of charts they can be). You can also switch between two to three chart visualizations in each case using the icons at the top right corner of each chart.

In each case however, this dashboard has four sections that you can use to modify how the charts in the middle display your data.

  1. A search box to directly find the titles/questions/columns you would like to take a closer look at. If you start typing, only matching items will remain in section 4.
  2. The Filtering section. To see how this works, check the detailed entry on Filtering options.
  3. The Comparison mode section. To see how this works, check the detailed entry on Comparison mode.
  4. A panel that lists each title/question/column in your dataset, so you can navigate through them by clicking on their names. From the panel, you can also hide any question that you don’t want to see in the middle area by clicking on the crossed-out eye icon, or pin any to the top of the dashboard using the pin icon. These icons appear only when you hover over any question in the panel. (You can undo these changes by clicking on the icons again.)

  • NPS®, CSAT or CES - a pie or bar chart that displays the frequency of the three categories, plus the overall NPS®/CSAT score/CES score. The scores are calculated based on the following formulas:
    NPS® = % Promoters - % Detractors
CSAT = (Total number of satisfied customers/Total number of responses) x 100
    CES% = % Easy (5-7 or 4-5) - % Difficult (1-3 or 1-2)
