Despite our best efforts, personal information may inevitably find its way into data through various channels such as customer complaint emails, sales tickets, or survey responses.
To fortify the protection of your data, we implement stringent security measures:
- All your data remains within the EU.
- Textual data is securely stored in an encrypted format within our database.
- Encryption keys are stored separately, enhancing the overall security of your information.

In scenarios where the above-mentioned methods may not provide sufficient protection, we offer an additional layer of security through our Data Masking function. This feature operates on regex and dictionary principles, although it's important to note that it does not offer 100% coverage.
To enable data masking, simply navigate to Settings » Data Security and activate the options relevant to your specific use case. Sensitive information available for masking includes:
- Names
- Passwords
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Credit card numbers
- Bank account numbers
When this option is enabled, only the masked data is stored on our side. The original data is never retained, ensuring an extra layer of safety for your information.
