In the Verbatim settings, you can decide what dimensions should be displayed for each verbatim.
You can access the settings:
- at the top left corner of the dashboard, if you click on the three dots next to the name of the dataset,
- or by clicking on the cogwheel icon in the top right corner of any verbatim, either in the Feed view or when you drill down.
Either way, you’ll see the following popup:
You can add up to five dimensions. The available options depend on the columns of your dataset of course. In the example below, Zurvey.io is displaying the star rating that the user gave and the app version they were using at the time, which are really insightful in case of an app review like this. In case of a survey, you can even choose to display the respondent’s age group that they selected in the corresponding question, so that you can directly interpret the text response with this in mind.
You can edit the dimension’s display names as well. At the top, a preview window shows you how the verbatims will look with the new dimensions displayed. If you’re happy with your choices, click ‘Apply Verbatim Settings’. You can always come back to this window to delete any of the dimensions you don’t want to display anymore.
