If you asked us about the reasons behind the success of Neticle, we’d surely tell you about our exciting products – we’re a techy company and we truly believe in the potential of our NLP powered text analysis tools. We see Neticle Media Intelligence and Zurvey.io make the lives of many companies easier every day, in more and more countries across the world.
However, the true reason for success lies elsewhere: in the team behind the products and services, of course. We’re very proud of the smart, inspiring community we have, that is also super fun to hang out with. Without the great teamwork and the constant flow of good ideas, Neticle wouldn’t be where it is today.
So, it is our absolute pleasure to announce that this year – after 2017 and 2019 – we’ve been granted the Best Workplaces Award again by Dreamjobs, a job portal we love and frequently use to announce our newly open positions. It is great feedback for our company culture which we work hard to uphold, its key elements being our flexible work environment, the equal opportunities and pay we provide, and transparency in all areas. A bit about our story:
Neticle began as a startup in 2012 with just a handful of enthusiastic fresh graduates, who have since seen the company’s headcount grow from 3 to 70. During this time, both the number of clients and the stakes have risen significantly. The company’s core values didn’t change though, and the challenges faced only strengthened our belief in them. In the past two years our team has also survived a global pandemic in (mostly) high spirits, thanks to regularly paying attention to any upcoming team issues even while working remotely.
