a) Interface Language
You can change the default interface language of the Zurvey.io portal for your whole group. Currently, the portal is available in Czech, English, German, and Hungarian. Click on the one you wish to use in the dropdown menu, and don’t forget to click on ‘Save’. The members of the group can individually choose to use a different language than the default in their Profile settings.
b) Analysis Language
Using the dropdown menu, choose which of the 33 currently available languages should appear as the default language for text analysis. Select the one that most of your verbatims are written in, and click ‘Save’. Keep in mind that in case of surveys, incoming answers will be analyzed in the chosen default language as well. Don’t worry, if some of your analyses use a different language, you’ll be able to choose accordingly during the analysis setup process.
c) Custom Branding
You can create a branded look for your Zurvey.io interface with these settings.
The default logo for the user interface is Zurvey.io’s logo, but you can replace it with a different one, like your own company logo. Just click on the image and select a file from your computer. It can be a JPG or a PNG up to 1MB in size, but the logo will look best if it’s a transparent PNG of at least 64 pixels in height.
You can also change the primary interface color from the default Zurvey.io green to your own preferred color by clicking on the hex code/color preview, and selecting a new color from the menu, or entering a different hex code and clicking ‘Ok’.
Use the 'Email salutation' field to define the undersigned sender in system notification emails (such as access requests, new survey answers, quota exceeded, analysis finished, export generated, alerts, etc.). You can leave it blank if you are okay with it saying ‘Zurvey.io Team’, but you can replace it with your own company or CX team name if you don’t want recipients to know that you’re using Zurvey.io.
Don’t forget to click ‘Save’ when you’re satisfied with the new branding settings.
d) Survey Styles
This is where you can determine the default survey style for your group (which can be changed individually for each survey if needed). You can upload a default logo instead of the Zurvey.io logo, and choose the layout, typefaces and colors of your surveys.
The spacing can be spacious, compact, or cozy. Typefaces can be set separately for the titles, questions and answers in the survey. You can choose from six fonts for each, determine their boldness, and select a font size between 12 and 36.
The primary color, text color and background color can each be defined by clicking on their hex code/color preview, and selecting a new color from the menu or entering a new hex code and clicking ‘Ok’.
When you’re happy with all settings, don’t forget to click ‘Save’.
