Zurvey.io is a browser based customer experience platform, dedicated to delivering the most useful insights from all kinds of data that might help you understand the Voice of the Customer.
Its specialty lies in its built-in proprietary text analysis engine that can analyze over 30 languages with human precision, and its high flexibility with various available integrations.
How can you channel customer feedback into Zurvey.io? There are three main routes you can take:
1. Process already collected VOC data via:
- uploading files,
- connecting your email server,
- using Zurvey.io’s standard API to channel in data from any source or system.
2. Capture feedback using our built-in survey module, through the following distribution channels:
- link sharing,
- QR code generation,
- email sending,
- Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter,
- or embedded micro surveys in mobile apps, websites and emails.
3. The third leg is public online data from news sites, social media or review platforms, which you can add to your CX analysis via integrating Neticle Media Intelligence. This means that data collection is done by us, and we can help set it all up.
Once your data has been input into Zurvey.io’s platform, automated analysis begins using Neticle’s proprietary Natural Language Processing engine. It automatically recognizes topics, entities, emotions and sentiments, but the setup can also be personalized to analyze text using your own custom categories. This was designed so that the analysis focuses on what specifically matters to you.
The main output of your analysis will be our dynamic filterable dashboard, where you can slice and dice your data or drill down for the most important insights. Besides this dashboard, static outputs (Excel, PDF, SPSS) are also available which can be sent out automatically based on a schedule. If the standard dashboard does not fully meet all your requirements, connectors are available for Power BI or Tableau. You can also utilize our standard API to retrieve the results of the analysis and integrate them with other systems or data storage solutions.
Next to these outputs, custom alerts are also available for your datastreams, so that you can immediately react to important changes. These alerts can be static or trend based, and you can create them using templates or from scratch.
