Why is it fun to work for Neticle? Let our team members tell you about it:

“Thanks to our transparent company culture and our ever-evolving feedback system, there are a surprising number of channels available for feedback. Deciding which one to use depends on the type of problem we’re dealing with. Our regular one-on-ones, small and large meetings and our in-house surveys always help us recognise problems and work on possible solutions before the problems are aggravated.” - Gabriella Sinka, Head of Marketing
“Neticle allows me to organise my days according to what suits me best: working hours are very flexible, so I don't feel pressured or rushed throughout the day. I still manage to cover all of my tasks to the best of my ability without feeling encumbered.” - Daniella Kurucz, Finance Associate
“Communication in our team is great. We use a chat platform to keep in touch, and it is enough to tell the others in the morning that that day I’ll work from home. I think it’s difficult to plan the whole week ahead in this regard, so this kind of flexibility makes my life a lot easier.” - Ádám Gulyás, Head of Media Intelligence Sales
