As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for new business & sales development and creating pre-qualified deals. Your main tasks will be managing campaigns in CRM Systems, working with marketing qualified deals and incoming traffic.

Your role will include:

• Creating and Managing Campaigns using state-of-the-art sales and marketing tools
• Understanding business needs coming from our clients and designing the best solutions for them in collaboration with our Analyst and Product Development team
• Creative Copywriting and E-Mail Communication
• Managing a huge and growing CRM contact and company database
• Managing and creating chatbots and e-mail automation
• Mapping and analyzing buyer processes and stakeholders
• Testing new ways of contacting clients on social media or other channels
• Supporting the Marketing team in content creation and feedback collection
• Deal management
• Representing Neticle at national and international events and conferences

To be successful in this role, you must have/be:

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• First experiences in client facing work (sales, customer support, account management is a plus)
• Happy to pick up the phone and make calls
• Team player
• Fluent in English, German is a huge advantage
