The OTP Startup Partner Program channels vital innovation into the life of OTP Bank. Thanks to this program and Neticle’s efforts, social listening and online sentiment analysis are now available in Albania. The Bank’s local entity paired up with Neticle for the development to enhance their marketing activity. This case study explains the process and its important milestones, as well as the results that are now attainable for any other Albanian company or organisation, too.
Challenge
OTP Bank Albania wanted to get to know the voice of the customer and improve their PR and marketing strategy. They had had an offline partner for media monitoring, but no online activity had been analysed before, though the online world of Albania is as rich in insights as any country’s. Previously, there had been no automatic text analytics solutions available either for Albanian, that is considered a niche language, or for the country of Albania, with a population of only 2.86 million.
