We’re kicking off the new year with launching one of the biggest improvements of Neticle Media Intelligence: the reach and interactions charts. From now on our system shows on one hand how many people possibly read the mentions about your brand, company or product. And on the other hand, how many people interacted with it: liked, shared and commented on the post.

Let us introduce you how we manage to measure this.

Get to know how many users came across your campaign

The term ‘reach’ probably sounds familiar to you if you’ve managed social media pages. This is a media analytics metric that refers to the number of users who have come across a particular content on a platform. It usually refers to a social channel but Neticle Media Intelligence has data for press reach* as well.

As Neticle Media Intelligence's key strength is the automated text analysis, we decided to combine it with other important media data: number of potentially reached people and number of likes, shares and comments.

Improve your ROI by applying the reach analysis

Text analysis combined with interaction data can reveal many new information about the impact of your brand and its online reputation:

  • Check how many people could have seen your message vs your competitors' messages

  • Boost your competitor analysis

Competitor analysis will be better with reach as well: see how successful their advertising is, compare their results to yours and see what best practices to inspire from based on how many people saw that.

Don't worry, this won't harm any data privacy policy

Measuring website traffic in real-time is thanks to specific counter tracker codes placed on the sites. This way there is rich data gained regarding how many people visited what content on the sites and many more details. It is important to focus that this is totally legal, anonymised and is in align with GDPR.
