Isn’t it better when you don’t even have to ask? We realised it was easier for users if we automatically highlighted and explained the most important trend changes and outlier values found in social media data. Since we understand text and interaction data, it was no problem for us to recognise the main insights and score them based on impact. (See our trend analysis e-book here.) The top five most important insights related to any query or chart are always displayed, and that insight report can be sent automatically in PDF.
